For employers, our service starts by consulting with you as to what your needs and desires are with regard to your employee benefits, we listen to what you want. Then shopping the market for the best benefits at the lowest possible cost. We represent all of the insurance companies that offer medical insurance in California. We can help you:

• compare benefit plans
• select a plan or plans
• prepare material to communicate the plans available so your employees can understand their options
• assist with the enrollment and approval process to get the coverage in-force
• We realize most employers don't have the resources to hire an expert on employee benefits and we seek to provide that expertise to you.

For your employees and their families, we assist with:

• Helping them understand a doctor, hospital bill and getting a claim submitted properly;
• Understanding their benefits and how they work;
• Advise on any issue related to their medical, dental, vision, group life insurance, short- and long-term disability or any other benefit plan we help set up.
• They can contact us by telephone or via email.

The rates and benefits are identical whether you enroll through us, or directly with an insurance company. We want to be your trusted advisor for your employee benefit plans.
